AViT® sponsored Street 2 Elite Basketball Tournament 2008 that took place in Sheffield’s Ponds Forge Arena.

Along with great basketball the crowd was entertained by one of our favourite presenters Kat (from MTV Base / Choice FM). There were performances from street dance crew ‘Graffiti,’ and various up and coming artists, but the highlight for this event was with Kano’s performance.

During the tournament a few moments were taken away form the game to a more serious side to the event. South Yorkshire police held an anti knife and gun demonstration on court. The piece showed the effects of gun and knife crime has had on communities.
